got a reply from a better hwzer ^^
he asked me to try hisato-san at shunji matsuo leh

ok la dont think should be a problem
but don't know need appointment or not
i want to go asap cos my hair rotting as i said
maybe later at night ask my mom to call.. wah if like this sunday i have to rush to a lot of places >_<
but i am not sure where is wellington building leh
anyway that hisato-san charges $55 so is cheaper as compared to komachi
komachi prices have been increasing ever since i went there
at first(adult price ok), it was $65, then 70+, slowly up till $100+
kaopei right lol
but i think is the lady boss problem not maeda-san wanted to raise it ba
heard when he's in his new salon would be around 60+
and seems that shunji matsuo didn't increase price at all
